Personalised Plan

Once your coach has consulted leadership and the wider workforce, they will put together a plan for who to involve in the immersion days programme and which workshops will have the greatest impact.

Informed by context, we’ll deliver the immersion days through a blend of formal learning and practical skill-building. We do the work in the room - a safe environment to practice and become confident using new skills.
